Private Group Practice Full Time:
30-35 hours per week | 4- or 5-day schedule | No weekends
Compensation:
$120,000- 150,000 base salary + percentage of net production | Typical doctor compensation approximately $240,000 | High-performing doctors can earn $400,000+ Practice Dentistry Like the Patient Is Someone You Love Ascendent Health Partners is looking for a Full-Time General Dentist in the Kenosha, Wisconsin area to join an established private dental practice entering the next chapter of its growth.
Compensation includes:
Base salary of approximately $120,000- 150,000 Additional compensation based on a percentage of net production Average Ascendent dentist production of approximately $850,000 annually Average doctor compensation of approximately $240,000 annually Current doctor compensation ranging from approximately $130,000 to $400,000+ , depending on production and experience W-2 employment Signing and/or relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Benefits include: Medical insurance Dental benefits Vision insurance 401(k) Malpractice coverage paid by the practice Professional dues paid by the practice Up to $10,000 annual CE budget for Trial Partner doctors Wellness-related benefits that may include reimbursement for massage therapy, mental-health services, and gym membership Additional fringe benefits Earned Equity — Not a Traditional Buy-In We're intentionally looking for dentists who could become long-term partners.
