Orthodontist - Kenosha, Wisconsin (Greater Milwaukee Area) An established multi-specialty dental organization in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Orthodontist to join a busy, well-supported practice with an existing orthodontic patient base. This is an opportunity to step into an established program rather than build a practice from the ground up. The orthodontic department currently maintains approximately 450 active patients , including both clear-aligner and traditional orthodontic cases. The practice is designed around an efficient, assistant-supported clinical model that allows the orthodontist to focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical oversight, and patient care. The orthodontic department operates with approximately 4-6 open-bay orthodontic chairs and a highly trained team of 4-6 assistants, with additional assistant support available based on volume. The assistant-heavy model is structured so the clinical team performs appropriate chairside functions while the orthodontist moves efficiently between patients for evaluation, treatment direction, and clinical oversight. Scope of Practice The incoming orthodontist will provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including: Traditional orthodontics Clear aligner therapy New patient consultations Diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning Banding and bonding Orthodontic adjustments Debanding and retention Ongoing management of active orthodontic patients Collaboration with general dentists and dental specialists The practice accepts both patients generated through its internal dental network and external orthodontic referrals.
