As our Treatment Planner, you'll help patients understand their treatment, feel confident in their options, and create a realistic path forward. This isn't about "selling dentistry." It's about building trust, communicating value, removing barriers, and helping patients get the care they need. What You'll DoTurn treatment into conversations patients understand Review treatment plans in a warm, confident, easy-to-understand way Help patients understand the why behind their treatment Listen for concerns and help patients work through hesitation Build trust and confidently guide patients toward moving forward with care Make finances feel manageable Clearly explain treatment costs, insurance estimates, and patient responsibility Present financing and payment options Help patients find solutions that make treatment attainable Navigate financial concerns with empathy and confidence Keep treatment moving forward Follow up consistently on unscheduled treatment Reconnect with patients who need more time, information, or support Schedule and coordinate treatment once patients are ready Work closely with our doctors and team to create a seamless patient experience You'll Thrive Here If You… Have experience in dental treatment planning or treatment coordination Are confident discussing comprehensive treatment and finances Understand dental insurance and patient benefits Are warm, organized, persistent, and comfortable leading conversations Know how to ask patients to move forward without making them feel pressured Take ownership and genuinely care about helping people get the dentistry they need Our Philosophy We don't believe in pushing treatment or "selling dentistry."
