Family Medicine opening in Stoughton, WI - Madison 42m; Milwaukee 150m; Chicago 200m Established team of 1 physician Established practice serving the Stoughton community Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Full time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult patients Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on

to improve care coordination
Responsibilities:
Average of 17-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM) 1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week + administrative time Shared call amongst the providers; Phone call only - triaged through MyNurse line. Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve General procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, etc. Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Hold an unrestricted license Ability to work as a team member US Citizen or H1B About the
