Job Description
Certified Dietary Manager in charge of daily function and ensuring all state and federal guidelines are followed. Responsible for scheduling of all dietary staff and ensuring all tasks in dietary are completed. Planning and ordering food for facility according to menus and census. Attending care plan meetings quarterly for each resident along with completing care plan and MDS assessments related to dietary. Position is Mon-Friday but does require on-call availability.
