$17.48-$18.00 per hour Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Full-Time Hospitality Aide to join our NOC shift team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests Provide residents with water, blankets, pillows, personal items, and other non-clinical assistance Assist with passing meal trays, snacks, and beverages as directed Make beds and help maintain clean, organized resident rooms Stock resident supplies and nursing stations Deliver linens and remove soiled linens according to facility procedures Assist with answering call lights and notify nursing staff when clinical assistance is needed Support residents and visitors with directions and general information Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation procedures Communicate resident concerns promptly to the appropriate nursing staff Work cooperatively with nursing, housekeeping, dietary, and other departments Perform additional hospitality and support duties as assigned This is a non-clinical position and does not include duties that require a nursing license or CNA certification.
