Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Full-Time Dietary Aide Mission Valley Post Acute is looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our dietary services team. If you enjoy working in a healthcare setting and are passionate about providing excellent service to residents, we'd love to hear from you! Compensation $18.54-$19.54 per hour , based on experience Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Employee assistance program Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to prescribed diets Deliver and collect meal trays in a timely and courteous manner Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation guidelines Stock food and supplies as needed Follow all food safety, infection control, and dietary department policies Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and staff Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure quality meal service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent resident care Why Join Mission Valley Post Acute?
