- Experience We are looking for an experienced full-time Dietary Supervisor. The pay range for this salaried position is $68,000
- 72,000 Annually, depending on experience and qualifications. SNF experience preferred and CDM certification required! As Manager of Food Services, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of and participate in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of timely in-service training classes that provide instructions on "how to do the job," and that ensure a well-educated Food Services Department.
- Coordinating food services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Nursing, Environmental, Activity and Social Services, etc.).
- Written and oral reports/recommendations to the Dietitian and/or Administrator as necessary/required concerning the operation of the Food Services Department
- Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services.
Requirements:
6 months in a dietary positionQualifications:
Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Be able to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions. Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Communicate effectively. 1-3 months related experience or training. Requires knowledge of special dietsJob Type:
