Job Description

A Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving meals to patients while ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation :
Prepare and cook meals according to specific dietary requirements and instructions from dietitians or nutritionists. This includes ensuring that meals are nutritious and meet the health needs of patients.
Food Delivery :
Deliver meals to patients in a timely manner, ensuring that food is served at the correct temperature and in an appealing manner.
Sanitation and Cleanliness :
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area by following established health and safety regulations. This includes washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Collaboration :
Work closely with dietitians, dietary managers, and kitchen staff to ensure that all dietary needs are met and to communicate any changes in patients' dietary requirements.
Inventory Management :
Assist in managing food supplies, including checking in deliveries, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available. Required Skills and Qualifications Attention to
