Job Description

Joining our team renders collaboration and team support. Our team of healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing top-priority quality care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Will manage the dietary department, ensuring compliance for dietary standards and with federal, state and county regulations. Plan, develop and monitor the nutritional needs and program for our residents. Participate with the interdisciplinary team to address the dietary needs of our residents. Manage and train the dietary staff to ensure safe and efficient operations. Ensure that food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling and storage practices are followed.
Qualifications:
Required to have a current Certification for Dietary Manager. Strong leadership experience and organizational skills in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility is required. Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines is required. Strong ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and patient families.
Salary and Benefits :
Competitive salary range from $35.00 - $45.00 Comprehensive benefits package includes: medical, dental, and vision
