Job Summary We are seeking a Furniture Inside Sales Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Richmond, CA. The Furniture Inside Sales Manager will manage the full inside sales cycle, partner with internal teams, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions through product knowledge, accurate quoting, and responsive follow-up. - Convert inbound inquiries, existing leads, and outbound prospecting efforts into qualified sales opportunities and closed business.
- Build, manage, and grow customer accounts through relationship development, upselling, cross-selling, and consistent follow-up.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, pricing details, product information, availability updates, and lead time communications.
- Enter, process, and monitor sales orders through production, fulfillment, and delivery while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, sales activity, and order details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, support sales strategies, and contribute to revenue growth. Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Base salary noted at $65,000 to $70,000 plus commission.

Richmond, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Manage the full inside sales cycle from lead qualification through closing and account support.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to increase repeat business and account growth.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Track customer activity, opportunities, and order details using CRM tools.
- 3 to 5 years of sales, inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Furniture industry experience is required, including furniture sales, home furnishings, commercial furniture, luxury furnishings, furniture showrooms, or furniture account management.
- Proven ability to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities and closed business.
- CRM experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Customer-focused approach with a results-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with luxury products, premium furnishings, interior design, home staging, or design-related sales is a plus.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing is a plus when combined with direct furniture industry experience.
- Experience participating in trade shows, market events, or customer meetings is a plus.
- Ability to travel to trade shows and customer events as needed.
