• Sanitate kitchen and dining areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef
• Set up dining areas for meal service and clean tables after meals
• Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and notify supervisor when items need to be restocked
