Langdon Hall of Bradenton, a beautiful small quiet hidden gem Assisted Living Facility in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dining Associate to join our team. With new ownership and management, we are excited to introduce many changes that will enhance the quality of care and services we provide to our residents. As a Dining Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences that cater to their individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Serve meals in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that high standards of hygiene and sanitation are met Assist with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, carving meat, and assembling dishes Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, building positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special events and themed meals Maintain accurate records and reports, including meal counts, inventory levels, and customer feedback
Requirements:
1 years of experience in food service or a related field Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed
