Lake Butler Hospital is a critical access hospital in North Florida providing 24-hour emergency services, inpatient hospitalization, swing bed program, rehabilitation services, outpatient laboratory, and outpatient radiology (X-ray, ultrasound, and CT Scan) services to Union County and the surrounding counties. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Dietary Aide/Cashier to join on team.

Job Summary:

Dietary Aide must assist in dietary and Cafe operations, patient quality and care, maintain professional guest relations, operate cash register, stock offsite food storage locations. Also communicates with Chef/Supervisor for inventory and ordering needs to perform duties.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma/GED Experience:

2-3 years or more experience in dining services, healthcare setting preferred. Must have worked in a cashier position, handling cash and providing excellent customer service.

Skills:

Good people skills and communicates well.

Knowledge:

Kitchen equipment and functions. Serve Safe Certified.

Abilities:

Can work independently as well as being a team player.
