The Dietary Aide responsibilities included preparing and serving meals, ensuring to follow specific dietary requirements and safety standards, setting up dining areas, delivering meals to residents, and assisting with cleaning and sanitation. Dietary Aides also collaborate with Dietitians and Nurses, to help monitor patient intake, and manage inventory. Key Responsibilities Serving residents' meals according to instructions Using proper food handling techniques in plating and serving meals Cleaning and sanitizing the dining area Stocking the food storage areas and refrigerators Clean, wash, and sanitize dishes, silverware, and utensils Dietary Aide Qualifications A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Previous experience working with the elderly preferred Previous experience in a dietary position preferred Ability to work cooperatively as a team member What's in it for you?
