Job Description
Madrid Home is seeking a caring candidate with a positive attitude to join our team as a Dietary Aide . In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, serving and cleanup of meals under the direction of the Cook or Dietary Manager. What you'll do as a
Dietary Aide:
Assures the dining room is prepared for the meal to be served at the specified times Assures food, dinnerware and kitchen equipment is either properly disposed of or clean/sanitized according to schedules and ready for the following shift Responds appropriately to all resident requests on an individual basis Interacts with residents/staff in a positive way while doing food preparation and food service What you'll need as aDietary Aide:
Must be 16 years of age or older Strong customer service background Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Scheduling of aDietary Aide:
