Full-Time & Part-Time Join the Haven of St. Elmo Team! Haven of St. Elmo is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Dietary Aides to join our dietary services team. We have full-time and part-time openings available. As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by serving meals with care and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment. If you enjoy working with others and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Serve meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Ensure food is presented attractively and served according to residents' dietary needs. Set up meal trays, carts, and dining areas. Assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation. Prepare and distribute snacks. Follow portion control, food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and guests. Qualifications Availability to work weekends and some holidays. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Previous food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
