Warsaw, KY Dietary Aide Requirements/Qualifications Entry-level opportunity. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to work in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility. Ability to read and follow recipes. Ability to follow food service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Reliable and dependable work ethic. Ability to work weekends as required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. About the Dietary Aide Role As a Dietary Aide, your responsibilities will include: Assist kitchen staff with setting up meal trays. Transport food trays to patient rooms. Operate commercial dishwashing equipment. Perform general kitchen cleaning duties. Put groceries away in a clean, safe, and orderly manner. Transport trash bags to the dumpster. Maintain clean and organized kitchen and food service areas. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
