As a Dietary Assistant at Maplewood Rehab and Nursing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. About the
Role:
As a Dietary Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas, and communicating with residents and healthcare staff to ensure resident satisfaction. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills will be essential in providing a positive dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to residents, including plating and garnishing dishes Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas Communicate with residents and healthcare staff to ensure resident satisfaction
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required
