We have independent living, a 24-bed rest home and a 46-bed skilled nursing community. We take pride in providing our residents with delicious, healthy meals and a varied six-week menu cycle. We are seeking a dependable and friendly Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older adults, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a supportive team. The Dietary Aide assists with meal preparation, tray setup, meal service, and maintaining clean and sanitary dining and food service areas. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and meal service. Set up and break down resident meal trays. Assist with serving meals to residents. Follow therapeutic and special diet instructions. Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation, kitchen, and dining areas. Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures. Provide friendly and attentive service to residents. Work collaboratively with other members of the dining services team. Perform other food service duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. One year of dietary aide, food service, restaurant, or related experience preferred. Experience in senior living or healthcare food service is a plus. Knowledge of therapeutic diets is preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to reliably commute to Weston, MA.
