Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY

: The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays to health center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus.

Primary Job Duties :

Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads as required. Serves meals in the health center. Sets up tables in the health center dining room and breaks down same after meal. Transport hot and cold foods to and from the health center. Transports all required nonfood items to and from the health center. Experience Preferred Experience in food and beverage industry Experience working with seniors/older adults ideal. Education Required High School or better
