```Duties```

• Prepare and cook meals according to specified recipes and dietary restrictions
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and place orders as needed
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and ensure dietary requirements are met

• Previous experience in food production or culinary arts preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
• Excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with assisted living or hospital food service regulations is a plus
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain a clean work environment
