Role:
As a Dietary Aide , you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Dietary Aide will assist in food preparation, serving, and cleaning, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, including food production, plating, and presentation Serve meals to residents and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
