Adhere to directives of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services, Administrator, or Director of Nurses. Must have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Willingness to perform routine , repetitive tasks on a continuous basis, perform task despite frequent interruptions. Communicate well with others. Must be willing to handle & clean dirty dishes , trays utensils, & equipment within the dietary department. Prepare meals according to approved menus & recipes. Organize tray assembly & meal services.
