WHO YOU ARE
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Experience within a health care setting and knowledge of basic nutrition preferred. Must be able to perform clerical duties and be precise in calculating data. Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner trays for delivery to Health Care residents. Assembles all food items on trays according to residents' menu selection. Provides "between meal" nourishments for Health Care residents. Assists in maintaining records of resident menu selections, nourishments, production sheets, and temperature logs. What you would do at The Pines 1) Set up the Health Center kitchens/meal service cart and the dining tables in the dining venues for service 2) Greets guests as they enter the dining venues 3) Assembles meals for each resident based on their requests, preferences, allergies and diet order 4) Assemble meal trays for residents dining in their rooms based on their requests, preferences, allergies and diet order 5) Properly portion all items for service 6) Maintain and clean the dining venues as assigned 7) Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience all guest requests and issues as appropriate 8) Stock Health Center pantries with snacks, nourishments, and food service supplies 9) Completes all documentation, such as, but not limited to, temperature logs, nourishment tracking, floor stock tracking, as assigned 10) Attend and participate in all department training as assignedBenefits
