Job Description

Good Shepherd is actively hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal service and dining operations. The Dietary Aide plays an important role in resident nutrition, satisfaction, and safety. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist with food service while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, helping ensure residents enjoy safe, nutritious meals.
What We Offer Compensation:
$14 - $16 per hour Benefits Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Schedule and Employment Type Full-Time Days (6AM - 2:30PM) | 1 Day Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food service Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals Serve meals according to resident dietary needs and preferences Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Qualifications Food service experience preferred but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures If you are a Dietary Aide who enjoys providing excellent service and helping create a positive dining experience for residents, apply today to join the Good Shepherd dietary team!
