On-Call Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Evening Dietary Manager to join our team at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster Dietary Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutritional care to our residents and help oversee our dietary staff. This position requires a passion for enhancing the dining experience and a commitment to promoting health and well-being through proper nutrition.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a food service or healthcare setting is a plus but not required. On the-job training will be provided.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods, and capability to handle hot and cold food items.
Skills:
Experience as a Cook and/or Dietary Aide in a Skilled Nursing Facility Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
