Dietary Aide

The Inn at Fairview Memory Care is seeking a friendly and reliable Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and creating a positive dining experience in a warm senior living environment. The Dietary Aide will assist with meal service, dining room support, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining area. This is a full-time position with hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Alternating weekends, some holidays, and flexibility are required.

Responsibilities include:

Serving meals in a friendly, respectful, and timely manner Assisting with meal delivery and dining room service Helping create a pleasant and welcoming dining experience Maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas Following food safety, sanitation, and facility guidelines Assisting with setup before meals and cleanup afterward Working collaboratively with the dietary and care teams

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old Previous dietary, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Training provided Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Must be available for day shifts, alternating weekends, and some holidays Must pass a physical paid for by Fairview Senior Living At The Inn at Fairview, we are looking for someone who brings kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude to each day.
