Job Description

Join us as a Dietary Aide at Hanover Hill Health Care Center and help provide meals and meaningful interactions that brighten our residents' days. We're looking for someone dependable, friendly, and team-oriented to join our dietary department in a fast-paced nursing home environment. Whether you already have experience or are looking to get started in healthcare, we're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn. This is a full-time hourly position with scheduled hours 5:30am-2pm, 5-days/week including every other weekend. What You'll Do Assist with meal preparation and tray setup Serve meals and beverages to residents Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area Help wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Support residents with a positive and respectful attitude Work closely with the dietary and nursing teams to provide excellent resident care
