Floor Care Attendant - Full-Time
Job Description
Hanover Hill Health Care Center is a family owned and operated, 124 bed award winning, long- term care and skilled nursing facility located on a beautiful campus in Manchester, New Hampshire. Our facility has a reputation for providing quality short and long term care to our residents with an emphasis on customer service, individualized care and positive outcomes. Hanover Hill is looking to welcome a Full-Time Floorcare Technician to join our Environmental Services team! Schedule is 40 hours per week, daily work hours 7:30am - 4pm, and includes every other Sat/Sun.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Must possess and maintain a customer service oriented attitude with personnel, residents, family members, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism Must be flexible in receiving work duties during work hoursMajor Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day floor care duties and functions as needed Assure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical Coordinate daily floor care services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas Assure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary, safe, comfortable and attractive manner Assure that established infection control and universal precautions are maintained at all times Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established environmental services procedures We offer a full benefits package for eligible employees.
