2988844185-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Centers Health Care is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service in our technology-enabled healthcare environment. In this role, you'll assist with preparing, portioning, and serving meals that meet resident dietary needs, using software tools to follow menus and track preferences. You'll plate and deliver meals, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, and help with dishwashing and inventory rotation. Working closely with nursing and dietary staff, you'll ensure safe food handling practices and provide friendly, responsive service to residents in a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Assist with preparing, portioning, and serving meals according to menus and diet orders Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Use software tools to follow menus and track resident preferences and diets Plate and deliver meals to residents in a timely, courteous manner Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen and dining areas Support inventory rotation and storage to maintain freshness and compliance Communicate with nursing and dietary staff about resident dietary needs Document meal service and report issues or discrepancies promptly Required Skills Meal plating Food safety and sanitation Dietary restriction compliance Kitchen equipment operation Basic nutrition knowledge Inventory rotation (FIFO) Meal tracking in software systems Dishwashing and cleaning Time management Team collaboration
