In this role, you will oversee clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while leveraging advanced software and electronic health record systems. You will provide guidance during complex cases, support staff development, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Supervise evening nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols Provide clinical guidance and support to RN and LPN staff during evening shifts Coordinate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams and technology systems Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and escalate issues appropriately Oversee documentation accuracy within electronic health records and nursing systems Support onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback for evening nursing staff Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and technology-driven solutions Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies Communicate shift updates and handoffs effectively to day and night leadership Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making Required Skills Nursing supervision Clinical assessment Care coordination Electronic health records (EHR) Emergency response Staff training and mentoring Healthcare compliance Quality improvement Communication Basic data and reporting skills
