Dietary Aide Full Time & Part Time | $13.50/hour Join the Aspen Glen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, formally known as Valley Oaks Care Center team in East Liverpool, OH, where we are dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare with patient-focused solutions! About the Role As a Dietary Aide at Aspen Glen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality care of our patients through dietary services. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will assist with food preparation, meal distribution, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting will make you an asset to our team. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food labeling, and food handling Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist with meal distribution, ensuring timely delivery of meals to patients Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory and food waste management Collaborate with the nutrition team to ensure patient dietary needs are met Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred 0 years of experience in dietary services or related field Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds) Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
