Job Description

Country Court Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a locally and family-owned nursing facility in Mount Vernon, Ohio. We are looking to add a dietary aide to our team. The ideal individual is a strong team player, has good communication skills, is caring and compassionate, and has a desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Previous experience as a dietary aide in long-term care is positive but is not a requirement. Opportunities to learn new skills and advances will be provided in the department and company.   • Shifts will between morning and afternoon o 6:30am - 2:30pm o 1:00pm - 8:00pm

  • Rotating Holidays Job Description will include, but are not limited to; Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and patient needs.
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food production and service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and dietary preferences. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal delivery to patients. Participate in training sessions related to food safety and dietary practices. Previous experience in a dietary aide or similar role within the food industry is preferred but not required.
Pay:
From $13.50 per hour
