Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Dietary Aide and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality nutritional care to our residents. In this energetic position, you will assist with meal service, ensure dietary standards are met, and support the overall well-being of those we serve. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel cared for and valued. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, portioning, and delivery of meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences Set up dining areas to ensure a clean, inviting atmosphere for residents during meal times Help with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining spaces to maintain health standards Support dietary staff in delivering special diets or therapeutic meals as prescribed by healthcare professionals Monitor residents during meals to promote proper eating habits and address any assistance needs Record meal service details accurately and report any concerns or incidents promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth meal operations and uphold safety protocols Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, team members, and supervisors Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to dietary safety standards Positive attitude with a compassionate approach toward resident care Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks Basic understanding of food safety practices and sanitation procedures Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Join us in making a meaningful difference through dedicated service! Pay:
