• Overview:

• Lawton Post Acute & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Dietary Assistant Cook or Dietary Aideto join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, food handling, and other duties as assigned to take care of the residents at the facility.

• Duties:

• Assist in preparing and cooking various dishes under the supervision of the head chef
• Handle food in compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Support the Dietary Manager in menu execution
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and knife skills
• Ability to assist in meal preparation and food presentation
• Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
