Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care, located in Beaverton, OR is seeking a dedicated and friendly Dietary Aide to support our dining team and help ensure high‑quality meal service for the residents in our community. Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide Assist with basic food preparation and portioning under the direction of the cook. Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards. Deliver meal trays to resident neighborhoods and assist with meal distribution as needed. Support kitchen operations during meal service, including restocking and light cleaning tasks. Assist with special events or community functions as needed. Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity at all times. Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures. Complete all state‑required training upon hire and annually. Required Experience Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language. Prior experience in food service, kitchen support, or dietary roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods as needed for kitchen operations.
