Job Description

Dietary Aide (On-Call)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility Starting at $21.
23/hour Pay starts at $21.23 per hour, with opportunities for higher starting wages based on relevant experience. We're seeking an On-Call Dietary Aide to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to hear from you. Why Join Us? In skilled nursing, every meal is an important part of a resident's day. As a Dietary Aide, you'll help create a positive dining experience while supporting the health and well-being of the people we serve. Your work will have a meaningful impact every single shift. What "On-Call" Means This is not a position with a set weekly schedule. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to pick up available shifts as they become available due to vacations, call-offs, increased resident census, or other staffing needs. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while still being part of a caring and supportive team. What You'll Do
  • Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly.
  • Deliver meals to residents and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and maintain a sanitary work environment.
  • Stock supplies and assist with other dietary department tasks as needed. Follow food safety, infection control, and dietary guidelines. What We're Looking For
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dependable, flexible, and available to pick up shifts as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
If you're looking for a flexible role with a supportive team and meaningful work, we'd love to meet you. We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
