About us Emmanuel Home is a small business in Northumberland, PA. We are professional and our goal is to provide Christian-based direct care to 30 residents. Emmanuel Home has become home to many older adults in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Responsible and willing to accommodate residents who require no concentrated sweets, no added salt diets or require a special consistency of food
• Able to assist the cook by preparing food for 30-50 people
• Willing to perform all other tasks as required/assigned by Dietary Manager
• Set tables, prepare coffee/beverages, clean tables after meals

• Dishwashing Skills:

• Basic knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
