Kadima at Palmyra, A 39-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our dynamic, family-centered team. As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious meals to our residents, promoting their overall health and well-being. Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality meals and snacks that meet their nutritional needs and dietary restrictions Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, and aides Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Collaborate with the nursing staff to address resident dietary needs and concerns Conduct food safety and sanitation audits to ensure a clean and safe food environment

Requirements:

Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods About Kadima at
