NutriTech is looking for an energetic and compassionate dietary technician (DTR) to join our growing team. We have a part-time and full-time opening in the Cleveland, Ohio. Position is hybrid (50% remote). Responsibilities and Duties Provide ongoing nutrition support to staff and residents Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments after reviewing documents and speaking with resident, family and the healthcare team (under the leadership of the Registered Dietitian). Implement dietary care plans Provide nutrition consultation to residents, staff and families on nutrition principles, diet modifications and any risks/concerns Ensure prescribed diets are followed and meet daily nutrition need requirements. This includes therapeutic and texture modifications Qualifications and Skills Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or with members of the healthcare team Must have ability to effectively communicate with residents and/ or their families Long Term Care Experience Required with a comprehensive knowledge of Section K on MDS, Completing resident/ patient assessments and Care Plans Knowledge of State and Federal Guidelines Benefits This job does not provide benefits Dietary Technician
