Responsibilities include:
Prepare and assemble resident meal trays according to physician-ordered diets and menu guidelines. Deliver meals and snacks to resident units while ensuring timely and accurate service. Assist with food preparation, including beverages, sandwiches, desserts, and other meal items. Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, dining areas, and dishwashing stations. Operate the dish machine and properly clean, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment. Assist cooks and dietary staff with meal preparation and special events as needed. Stock food and kitchen supplies while helping maintain organized storage areas. Follow all food safety, infection control, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff. What We're Looking For Previous food service, dietary, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Hiring Requirements Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Work Setting Skilled Nursing Facility Long-Term Care Rehabilitation Center Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
