Dietary Manager - CDM Certified We are hiring an experienced Dietary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dietary department in a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements:

CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification required Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations Experience managing dietary staff and department operations Ability to manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food service Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, dependable, and hands-on

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dietary department operations Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Manage food ordering, inventory, and supplies Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Work closely with nursing and administration to meet resident dietary needs Help maintain a high standard of quality and resident satisfaction
