What You'll Do Oversee daily dietary operations and lead the food service team Plan menus that meet nutritional guidelines, resident preferences, and regulatory standards Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations Manage food purchasing, inventory, and budget controls Coordinate specialized diets and collaborate with clinical staff on resident nutrition needs Maintain documentation and ensure survey readiness at all times Promote a positive, service-focused dining experience for residents What You Bring Certified Dietary Manager credential (required) Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare dietary operations Strong knowledge of nutrition, therapeutic diets, and food safety standards Leadership experience supervising dietary or food service teams Strong organizational, budgeting, and inventory management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment Why Vista Ridge?
