Dietary Aide (FT/PT) Day Shift 5am

• 8pm Job Duties , other duties may be assigned. Prepares and delivers food to EdenHill residents by performing the following duties in conjunction with a nursing staff:
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, soups, condiments, and beverages.

Rolling Silverware. Portions and places food servings on plates and trays according to diet list on menu card. Serves food to residents. Deliver and Retrieve Meal Carts from Nursing Units Collects and stacks dirty dishes on cart and returns Bus carts to dish room. Occasionally helps wash dishes, but regularly maintains clean work area, tables, cabinets, and equipment. Must consistently display and model the EdenHill Spirit hospitality behavior models.
