DIETARY AIDE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Dietary Aide will take resident orders and serve food and beverages in the dining room Set and clear tables Dietary Aide will wash dishes and use dishwasher safely Wiping down all tables and chairs after each meal Reset tables for the next meal Dietary Aide will sweep and mop the kitchen, serving areas and dishwashing areas regularly and as assigned per cleaning logs Follow safe serving and handling guidelines at all times Responsible for taking temps and ensuring proper documentation (hot food/cold food/dishwasher/fridge/freezer/water temps/dry storage) - as assigned Maintain food storage and rotation in compliance with all state/local regulations - as assigned Dietary Aide will maintain all culinary spaces, supplies and food in an orderly and sanitary manner to meet all state/local regulation + food safety code
