Looking for a meaningful job where you can make a daily impact? Friendly Village is hiring a friendly, hardworking Dietary Aide to help us serve nutritious meals with care and attention to our residents. You'll support the kitchen team by helping prep, serve, and clean up — all while being a positive presence in our residents' daily lives.
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation, tray setup, and meal delivery. Provide excellent service in the dining room and on resident units. Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain food-safe work areas. Follow dietary guidelines and texture modifications (we'll train you!). Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and willingness to help. Ability to follow directions and multitask in a busy environment. Previous food service experience is helpful but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
