Full-Time Registered Dietitian (RD) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Job Overview Seaside Health and Rehabilitation Center, a premier long-term care provider in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized nutrition care that supports residents' health, recovery, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate the nutritional needs of residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Create, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff Partner with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff to ensure coordinated care Document assessments, progress, and updates in medical records Ensure compliance with federal, state, and SNF dietary regulations Support food service operations to maintain safety, quality, and satisfaction
Qualifications:
