Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: Registered Dietitian (RD) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration Current Florida Dietitian/Nutritionist license Bilingual English/Spanish required Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with a frail or elderly population required Current ServSafe Certification required Current BLS or CPR certification required prior to start Clinical nutrition experience Experience working within PACE, geriatric care, senior care, adult day health, skilled nursing, or a similar interdisciplinary healthcare setting strongly preferred Must be comfortable providing hands-on support to elderly participants in addition to traditional clinical dietitian responsibilities Job Summary Talent Strategies is recruiting a compassionate, hands-on Clinical Dietitian / Registered Dietitian for a full-time opportunity within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Hialeah, Florida. This position is ideal for an RD who enjoys working directly with older adults and wants to be an active member of an interdisciplinary care team. This is not a desk-only Dietitian role . The Clinical Dietitian will balance clinical nutrition responsibilities with participant support, meal-service oversight, inventory, vendor coordination, dietary aide supervision, and other day-to-day needs of the PACE center. We're looking for someone who is empathetic, flexible, collaborative, and genuinely comfortable rolling up their sleeves and stepping in to help participants when needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and reassessments for PACE participants Develop individualized nutrition recommendations and contribute to each participant's comprehensive plan of care Participate actively in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and care-planning discussions Monitor participant weight, nutritional intake, hydration, medical diagnoses, medication/nutrient interactions, chewing or swallowing changes, mood changes, skin integrity, and other factors affecting nutritional health Communicate participant changes and nutrition recommendations to the interdisciplinary care team Provide individual and group nutrition counseling and education to participants and caregivers Develop monthly meal plans based on applicable nutritional standards Oversee meals served within the PACE center, including portion control and adherence to therapeutic diets Help ensure the meal-service area is maintained appropriately and meets cleanliness and operational standards Monitor food purchasing, dietary supplies, and inventory Serve as a liaison with contracted catering/meal-service vendors to ensure meals meet participant needs Supervise and evaluate Dietary Aides Participate in intake and assessment care-planning meetings Participate in performance improvement activities, committees, and program initiatives Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide hands-on participant support and assistance when needed , based on participant needs, staffing levels, and center operations Work collaboratively with nursing, medical, social services, rehabilitation, and other members of the interdisciplinary team The Right Fit We're looking for someone who understands that working within a PACE program can be different from a traditional hospital or outpatient Dietitian position.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$67,000

•90,000 annually Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, interview outcome, and the final agreement between the client and candidate.
