We have been a trusted long-term care and rehab center for many years, fully accredited and licensed by the state of FL. We are committed to providing excellent rehabilitation services to our residents. Whether the need is short term rehab, skilled nursing care, long term or hospice care. Job Description We are currently recruiting a Registered Dietician to work within our Dietary Services Department. In this role, the successful candidate will perform the following duties: Clinical nutrition in long-term care and rehabilitation. Develop meal plans, RAPS and MDS for residents. Assess the dietary and health needs of residents. Make recommendations based on weight and lab results. Provide nutritional counseling to residents and provide staff education and in-services as needed.

Job Requirements:

FL RD certification a must! At least 1 year experience in a healthcare setting, preferably a skilled nursing facility. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Good decision making and judgement capabilities. Detail oriented and organized, with effective time management skills. Ability to perform job duties with a high degree of professionalism at all times. This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
